Shigeru Nakasuji founded "Nakasuji gankyo-ten" at NO.310, Tennoden town, Asahi ward, Osaka and started to manufacture and sell optical lens processing machines.
1946
After the World WarⅡ, Chiyokichi Takatsu changed the corporate name to Takatsu Tekkojyo and started the business again.
1952
Released the new type B lens cutter.
1954
Moved a factory to 171-4 Tennoden.
1958
New factory was launched, and changed a corporate name to FUJI GANKYO KIKAI MFG.
1962
Started the development of Japan first diamond wheels lens edger.

Completed GH-D diamond wheel hand edger in February.

Developed and released the first fully automatic pattern lens edger, GEM-D and received a good reputation.
